There's money in the piggy so i dont have to be desperate for now and can invest in things that can make money. As told, the money are tight up with Funds and life savings which i am not able to touch in the next 5 years. Also not forgetting the debt i have to clear off my Income tax and also credit cards. Now that the divorce is nearing its end, its good to plan ahead.
So back to the question.
1. Help my wife with her cupcakes business.
Can cope up but marketing is almost nil. The experience that we get from Mike's son wedding when we made 200 pcs the return is RM200 profit at a low sell price of RM2.50 each and with the expensive edible lable of RM0.54. So it could touch RM300 if there's no label and the price upped to RM3/pc.
As i have put it, 4 times of order or 800 pc per month is enough to pay for wife's work stint at her former egal's of RM1,200 per month of slogginess.
2. LegendWorld.
This is not a business but a chance to make money by referring people to it. Furthermore its quite easy to do so by giving names without having them to know who is referring. Then there is the bring guests for buka puasa for FREE plus listening to some talks.
In the long term, it will force you take holidays 7 days a year. The beauty is going overseas for a week for only RM800 !! ( of course pay the flight fare). Accommodation are paid for. Of course add also the food and drinks.
Not forgetting it is transferable and passable when passing.
But i guess the thing that attract me the most was the payment installment interest free for 5 years with flexible on hold if cant afford. Not forgetting spending the time at grand seasons and legend hotel at 20% discount and also using the facilities up there. Well this is all due to the good marketing skills of Haris !
